Independent projects and organisations that want to carry MCESP into another country or community can seek recognition as a local chapter. New chapters appear here as they are established — same framework, local shape, written terms on name use and ownership.
We expect alignment with the charter, accountable local leadership, and honest early-stage communication. We provide framing, recognition, visibility, and — when formalised — a chapter presence under the MCESP domain. We do not absorb your organisation or take ownership of your brand.
How local programmes relate to this site
This global home holds the charter, the founder’s mandate, and the invitation to join. Local programme sites hold teams, stories, and day-to-day delivery. Both stay linked so the work remains one framework — not disconnected projects under the same name.
