A global charter

Built under the Kectil community project initiative

Talent is everywhere.Opportunity is not.

Bridging the Margin to the Mainstream. A framework to induct underrepresented communities into enterprise, skills, and sustainable livelihoods — and to keep room for failure so people can grow without being written off.

The name

Marginalised Communities Entrepreneurship & Sustainability Programme

MCESP is not a slogan. Each word names a part of the work — who we stand with, what we build toward, and how we intend to last.

How the work holds

One programme. Three ways in.

Learn

Accessible enterprise literacy

Foundational knowledge on business pathways, compliance, finance, and skills — designed for people who were never given a first fair step.

See

Stories that make it imaginable

Real lives, told plainly, so a young person at the margin can recognise themselves as someone who can build — not as an exception.

Belong

Community, mentors, room to fail

A circle that does not punish the first mistake. Inclusion without room to fail is incomplete. MCESP keeps that room open.

From the founder

“A nation — and a world — cannot progress if its margins are left behind. Inclusion without room to fail is incomplete.”

MCESP India

India is the first full chapter — built in public.

MCESP India is where the framework is operational: field teams, Qvritti, regional insight, and local partners. This global site is the charter and the door for further chapters. The India programme is the proof of work — not a side note.

Abstract concentric rings on cream paper — the inclusive circle motif of MCESP.
