If you share the belief, this programme is yours to shape.

MCESP invites individuals and organisations who want to build under one global framework — with clear expectations on both sides. This is work, not a casual follow.

Who this is for

Individuals

Builders, contributors, mentors — people who will put real hours into research, content, tech, outreach, field work, or chapter coordination.

Organisations & projects

Independent projects, social enterprises, educators, and civil-society groups seeking formal recognition as a local chapter or implementing partner under the MCESP framework.

What we expect

From those who connect

  • Alignment with MCESP’s core idea: enterprise, skills, and opportunity pathways for communities at the margins
  • Accountable local leadership — a named person or small team responsible for integrity of the work
  • Honest public communication when the chapter or project is early-stage
  • Light coordination with the global side (updates and learning), not day-to-day control by MCESP
  • No use of the MCESP name for extractive activity or pure commercial misrepresentation
  • Respect for ownership: your brand, project, and IP remain yours

What we provide now

From the global framework

  • The global charter and shared framing (problem, approach, language)
  • Recognition as a chapter or partner under the MCESP framework, once terms are agreed in writing
  • Visibility where appropriate — listing, narrative, and links from the global site
  • A chapter presence under the MCESP domain when a country chapter is formalised (e.g. subdomain)
  • Lessons and templates from active chapters (starting with India), as they become available
  • A clear point of contact for alignment — not operational takeover of your work

MCESP is early globally. We do not currently offer funding, salaries, or large operational budgets. Any future financial support would require a separate written agreement.

Builders

People who want to carry MCESP into their region or domain — not as a logo, as a working circle.

Contributors

Writers, researchers, designers, technologists, and organisers who will put hours into the work.

Mentors

Practitioners who will share enterprise, legal, technical, or field knowledge without closing the door on first mistakes.

Partners

Institutions, educators, projects, and civil-society groups ready for formal alignment — not vanity association.

How to apply or enquire

Individuals applying to build with an existing chapter or the global programme: use the application form. Organisations or projects seeking chapter recognition: start with a clear enquiry — who you are, where you work, and what you want under the framework.
